Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using DYMTRUS, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms 📌

  • Fixed Carton Quantity Only – Loose or single-piece orders are not accepted.
  • 100% Advance Payment Required – No COD or credit facility available. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
  • Dispatch will be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (for ready stock only).
  • Business working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • All customer inquiries will be handled during business hours only.
  • Product availability may change without prior notice.
  • Prices are subject to change according to market conditions.

2. Shipping & Delivery 🚚

  • Dispatch timelines are applicable only for ready stock products.
  • Delivery timing depends on transport and courier services.
  • Any delay caused by logistics partners, transport strikes, natural conditions, or unforeseen situations will not be our responsibility.
  • Delivery charges, transport charges, and unloading charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Return & Exchange Policy 🔄

  • No exchange or return policy is applicable.
  • Replacement will only be provided if the wrong material/product is sent from our side.
  • Customers must report any damaged, missing, or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.
  • Complaints after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. China Sourcing & Import Order Policy

  • Quotation will be provided within 48 working hours.
  • 30% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the order. Remaining 70% payment must be completed after goods arrival.
  • Estimated delivery timeline: 30–35 days. Production time may increase for non-ready stock items in China.
  • We deal strictly in MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) based orders only. Delivery charges from our warehouse to customer warehouse/location will be paid by the customer.
  • Sample service may not be available for all products. Customers must discuss sample availability before order confirmation.
  • Imported products once ordered cannot be cancelled after production/shipping process starts.
  • Import timelines may vary due to customs clearance, shipping delays, or international logistics conditions.
